A resident of the Bromont region for 30 years, Manon is deeply familiar with the strengths of the area, particularly in terms of quality of life and innovation. As CEO of Technum Québec, one of the first innovation zones in Québec specializing in electronics and semiconductors, she will continue to drive innovative collaborative projects and position this industry as a pillar of the digital transformation in Québec and internationally.
Manon Duclos is also a speaker and author of several guides on innovation and organizational excellence. She remains passionate about self-improvement, creativity, and sustainable development.
Vice-President, Infrastructure Development, Bromont Innovation Zone
Previously, Ms. Adam was a municipal councilor for the City of Bromont and was responsible for several files, including the industrial component (SODEB), as well as those of the Roland-Désourdy regional airport, located in the Scientific Park. As president of the board of directors of the regional airport, she actively contributed to strategic planning and developed in-depth knowledge of the municipal environment. Ms. Adam was also vice-president of a company designing, manufacturing production and exporting machinery in the agricultural sector.
Ms. Adam has training in organizational leadership from HEC Montréal. She also has training and expertise in the field of graphic communications and has worked at the University of Quebec in Montreal and taught at the college level in this field.
