
Research aimed at better understanding and optimizing the materials used in advanced technologies, particularly thermal sensors. Thanks to a transmission electron microscope enabling observations at the atomic scale, this research will help improve the performance of thin films, strengthen Quebec’s innovation chain, and support the competitiveness of the semiconductor industry.
